The Wetaskiwin Curling Club loves to welcome new curlers to the facility. All leagues in Wetaskiwin are always taking new curlers and teams. New curlers are encouraged to contact a specific league organizer if they would like to get into a specific league or e-mail the club if they would like to join any league at wetaskiwincurlingclub@gmail.com
New to the Sport?
1. Learn to Curl Class:
-Dates: Nov 17, Nov 24, Dec 1, Dec 8 @ 6-7pm -$20/Curler -All Equipment provided (Must bring clean running shoes to wear) -Basic Skills & Strategy are Reviewed -Contact the wetaskiwincurlingclub@gmail.com to get enrolled a class
2. Join the OPEN LEAGUE
The open league was designed around new teams and "new talent". No league experience necessary and any combination of players welcome in this league. The open league runs from Nov-Jan for the first segment and then Jan-March for the second segment for those teams who cannot commit to a full year of play.
